Use the same email address entered on the registration. The portal matches that email to the player so another family cannot see your records.

Your player appears after the registration is received. If no player appears, compare the signed-in email with the guardian email on the intake.

Check announcements, schedule, attendance, missing documents, and account updates from the portal or installed mobile web app.
