Carolina Kings Player Registration
The secure form collects the information needed for player evaluation, safety, eligibility, uniforms, and season participation.
Registration fee: $80 total per player
Due October 18, 2026. One payment includes:
- $35 registration — team registration and tournament eligibility
- $45 uniform — jersey and shorts
✓Parent and guardian contact information✓Player age, grade, school, experience, and requested division✓Emergency, medical, allergy, medication, and insurance information✓Uniform and apparel sizing✓Birth certificate, player photo, physical, insurance card, and AAU records✓Participation permissions and required agreements
Roster placement is not guaranteed. Schedules and final team placement are confirmed after evaluation and roster approval.

Required practice dates
October 14, 6:00–8:00 PM; October 18, 3:00–5:00 PM; November 1, 3:00–5:00 PM. All practices are at A-1 Medical Gym, 1409 S. Church Street, Florence, SC 29501.
All players must attend these practices to participate in the Turkey Jamboree in Charlotte, North Carolina, November 21 & 22, 2026. Boys and girls in grades 3rd–8th interested in joining are welcome.
